vegetarian recipes


red kidney beans:1cup
tomatoes:3 (medium size)
onion:1 big size
turmeric powder:1tsp
salt to taste
ginger garlic paste:2tsp
coriander seeds:2tsp
cloves, cardamom:each 1
cinnamon stick:1 inch
sauf (sombu):1tsp
#overnight soak the beans in water
#cook the red kidney beans with turmeric powder and salt. keep it aside
#heat a kadai and add a tablespoon of butter, when the butter melts add the chopped onions
#fry till the onions turns to golden brown color
#then add ginger garlic paste and saute it well
#dry grind the ingredients mentioned earlier in TO GRIND and keep it aside
#to the above sauted onions add chopped tomatoes
#saute it well, then add the cooked red kidney beans to the sauted tomatoes
#allow it to fry for a minute or two
#then add the grounded powder to the above
#close and cook the mixture for 5 to 10 mins
#finally garnish with coriander leaves
#serve hot with sukka rotties

looks yummy, jaya:) the perfect dish for this cold weather!jaya ,wanted to tell you this:just check the internet to see if someone has copied your recipes too! i did & was surprised to find two of my recipes copied word for word (copy & paste)& posted by another person on her blog( under her name)!!

Lot of Kidney beans dishes in many blogs these days which I love indeed.Looks delicious with chapatis.

Again what is this copying business,just now in shilpa blog,we came across this problem. One thing the fellow blogger should realize, this is just to share our thinkings,receipe with our people.

They are not going to give any award here for presenting the best. Just whatever you have,you post with genuiness.
