MILAGU CAULIFLOWER (PEPPER CAULIFLOWER)


INGREDIENTS:
cauliflower:1 (small size)
onion:1 (big size, chopped)
lime juice:1Tbsp
turmeric powder:1tsp
salt to taste
oil:3 Tbsp
TO GRIND:
pepper corn:1 Tbsp
cumin seeds:2 tsp
cinnamon:1/2inch
cloves:1
cardamom:1
ginger garlic paste:1Tbsp
grind the above ingredients to a smooth paste
PREPARATION:
#heat oil and fry the onions till golden brown
#add cauliflower florets along with the paste and stir fry for 5 mins
#along with cauliflower add turmeric powder, lime juice, salt to taste and sprinkle some water
#cover n cook it untill the cauliflower is cooked well
#serve along with biriyani rice or with chapathi
