Hey, I have never seen a Indian Food Pyramid before! That looks good but is it practical to follow that? Little oil sounds good.

My "diet" rule is Jaya, is to eat everything a little at a time and often like every 4 hrs instead of one 2-3 big meals a day.I would rather use real butter than artificial things.
and biggest diet is blogging!:D I have lost weight since July and my old jeans is fitting me now.YAY!!:))

hey asha congrats on loosing ur weight. back in india its really difficult to avoid 3 heavy meals a day, especially when u r going to india and meeting ur relatives after a long gap;). it is practical asha, but u have to start it frm ur very early age, which is very rare i know

Only after seeing a lot of health information in your site, I realize its our duty to spread the word of awareness, when it comes to health. I am really happy you are doing it. Let me also try to put some food facts like this. I think this kind of info should reach the people who are not aware of this kind of info and try to make them realize health is wealth. May be we should have something like Food Awareness day amongst food bloggers.
life is not just something where you eat panner butter masala and sleep all the while. thanks for sharing the thought. Appretiated.
