Excellent and Very informative topic you have posted,which is very much useful for especially ladies..
Growing kids and ladies who attended menopause particularly should concentrate on their protein and calcium nutrients.
After menopause,they is great chance of suffering from osteoarthritis(pain in the joint) and osteoporosis(decrease in the density of bone).
yeah usha u r right, especially osteoarthritis is prevealing in our country a lot,it would b nice if IDA could do something abt it
good info for us jaya:) i always get confused with which ingredient contains what:) so ur small table of list is really useful...
that skeleton looks bit scary though;) just kidding:)
