AVIAL (serving amount-3)
potato:1 (medium size)
drumstick: few cut pieces
carrot:1 (medium size)
green chilli:1 or 2 (slit half)
salt to taste
#cut the vegetables to small sizes and boil in one cup of water along with green chilies , salt and turmeric powder.
#in a kadai add oil, when the oil is hot add mustard , allow it to splutter and add curry leaves.
#grind coconut and jeera together
#add the grounded paste to the cooked vegetables
#allow it to boil for 2 to 3 mins, add salt if required
#finally add curd , mix it well, boil it for another 2 mins
#enjoy with rice
