PANEER PAKORAS (tamil: paneer bajji, serving amount:2)


INGREDIENTS:
PANEER:20 pieces(cut to square shape)
gram flour:1cup
red chilly powder:2tsp
powdered jeera:1tsp
asafoetida:one pinch
rice flour:2tsp
salt to taste
oil for deep frying

PREPARATION:
#mix all the dry ingredients together
#add a cup of water and make a thin batter.( batter should properly coat the paneer)
#take a kadai and heat enough oil for deep frying
#deep fry the paneer cubes
#then keep them aside
#now coat the paneer with the batter and deep fry them
#enjoy with tea
