OMAPODI (SEV)

INGREDIENTS:
omum (ajwain):1 Tbsp
gram flour :1 1/2 cup
rice flour:1/2 cup
salt to taste
butter:1 tsp
oil for frying

PREPARATION:
#Soak ajwain (omum) in warm water for about an hour or two and grind it along with water
#strain and keep the water aside
#mix all the dry indredients, add the butter and knead the dough with help of ajwainwater
#if required little more water can be added
#make it little softer than chapathi dough
#add a portion of dough into the tubular press
#squeeze the dough into the hot oil for deep frying (flame should be in medium or less)
#drain the excess oil and break it to small pieces
#enjoy with tea
