it was wonderful with rice , thanks to foodieshope.
except for few changes, i added tamarind juice seperately instead of grinding it along with the rest of the ingredients mentioned.
and the second change , i added asafoetida. enjoy the kozhambu with rice

Excellent looking Ennegayi ,Jaya!! I will add hing next time, good idea!! You made it thinner to have it with rice too! Another good idea!!:))
You could make that with whole round eggplants for chapatis!
Thanks for trying!another dish I would recommend is Masala Baingan/Bharwan Baingan, it's I think in July archive! Many tried and loved it!
