vegetarian recipes


wheat flour: 1 1/2 cup
rice flour : 1 1/2cup
salt to taste
green chilies:3
cumin seeds:1 tsp
curry leaves
mustard seeds:1/2 tsp
oil :1tsp
onion if needed

#mix the dry wheat flour and rice flour together
#add some salt and to it add 3 cups of water
#mix well to a thin consistency
#heat oil in a thava , add mustard allow it to splutter
#add cumin seeds, and then the curry leaves
#mix it with the batter
#prepare it like dosai
* if needed can add some onions along with the batteradd onions only at the time of making dosas

if you don't mind ,try my recipe
onion chutny
red chilli--5
[chopped]big onion---1
medium size
salt to taste
grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste. chutny is ready.seasoning is optional.

will try ur simple onion chutney
infact i use to prepare the same with green chilli n use to saute the onions alone to remove the raw smell

hi, try this dosa by adding half cup of sour buttermilk...will taste yummy
