RAVA DOSA (serving amount: 3)


INGREDIENTS:
Rava:1 1/2cup
rice flour :1 1/2cupmaida :1 cup
cumin seeds:1tsp
green chilies:3
curry leaves
cilantro
oil
salt to taste
PREPARATION:
#heat some oil in a kadai , add rava and saute it for some time
#mix rava, rice flour and maida together along with salt
#add required amount of water and mix the flours
#heat little oil and add cumin seeds, green chilies
#mix the above to the batter
#prepare it like dosaenjoy with chuneys

Hey nice one.I prepare the same dosa by adding equal amount of maida,rava and rice flour.With ginger ,cumin and coriander leaves.tastes great with coriander chutny.
