CAULIFLOWER PORIYAL(serving amount:5)















INGREDIENTS:
cauliflower:1( small size)
onion:1 cup chopped
turmeric powder:1/2tsp
mustard seeds:1tsp
channa dhal:1tsp
curry leaves
salt to taste
coriander powder:1tsp
chilly powder:1tsp
garam masala:1/2 tsp
oil

PREPARATION:
#cut the florets (cauliflower) and cook it in boiling water along with salt and turmeric powder
#meanwhile heat a teaspoon of oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds, channa dhal
and curry leaves
#add the onions and saute them well
#now add the half cooked cauliflower to the kadai and add the coriander powder, chilli powder and garam masala saute it well
#allow it to cook for sometime
#enjoy with chappathi or with rice
