ALOO PANEER GRAVY(SERVING AMOUNT:3)



INGREDIENTS:
potato:1 big size
asafortida:a pinch
paneer: fried 10p (small size cube shaped)
turmeric:1/2tsp
tomato:1 big size
curd:2tsp


GRIND PART 1:
onion: 1/2 big size
garlic:2pods
ginger:1 inch


GRIND PART 2:

garam masala:1 tsp
coriander:1tsp
chilly powder:1/2tsp
curry leaves
cardamom:2nos
cloves:2nos
pepper corn:10nos
cumin seeds

PREPARATION:
#cook the potato until tender
#grind part 1 and keep it aside
#add oil to the kadai , when the oil is hot add the tomatoes and fry until soft
#add the gound paste part1 to the tomatoes and cook well until the raw smell goes away
#add asafoetida along with the part1
#grind part2
#add turmeric, salt along with the cooking tomatoes
#add the part 2 mixture to the gravy
#add one cup of water to the mixture
#finally add the paneer and allow it to cook for sometime
#add the cooked potatoes by cutting it to small sizes, cook for 2 min
#add chopped coriander leaves
#enjoy with parota and chappathi
